Biggest issue with this is that it destroys all history about technical decisions/processes/etc. I regularly find myself looking through old documents to figure out why something was set up the way it was. I like the idea of marking all potentially outdated content as such. Maybe automatically archive old pages where it puts a "Warning: Potentially Outdated Content" notice to the top of any page that hasn't been updated in X months. Could also add a simple counter to the top of every page "Last updated XXX Days Ago" rather than the typical "Last Edited on <date>".
