Does facebook have any legal liability if their advertisers use copyrighted images?
- ig1 16y agoInteresting point, I don't think anyone's actually tested it in court. For Facebook photo sharing where they're merely a hosting site FB probably has the DMCA protection, but for their Ad Network it's potentially more ambiguous.
