That link seems to be broken.
- Y_Y 6y agoI tested it before posting and also just now, and both times it downloaded the pdf correctly. Also see your sibling comment for other version numbers that may be more useful.
- wtetzner 6y agoIt's working for me now. Maybe it was just down for a short period. I wasn't getting a response from the server at the time.
