If they cannot find any "actual" short sleepers, how do they it's 1-3% of population...Oh science you are scary...
- al05 16y agoAssuming they work those hours. I spend the spare hours when I can't sleep watching films.
- kenjackson 16y agoThey do find short sleepers. They mention that the studies have them -- they're just not easy to find.
