- souprock 6y agoSure: 1. Cycling is only permitted on cycling paths. 2. Cycling may not exceed 5 MPH. 3. Required gear includes leather pants, a leather jacket, a helmet, a mouth guard, a crotch guard, boots, gloves, safety glasses, and a wearable air bag system. 4. Plates (a.k.a. "tags") with inspection stickers are required. Safety inspections will be quarterly. 5. Licenses will be required. Licensing implies consent for random drug testing.
