Evidently when enough people flag a comment, one loses the ability to edit the comment. This actually makes complete sense in that it helps preserve for mods what the original comment was in the event of an abusive comment, but to add clarity since I can't edit my parent comment, the title should be what's in the original post: "How Malicious Tor Relays are Exploiting Users in 2020"
