- bananaface 6y agoTerrible advice, this is just leverage. What if you did this in 2004 in Detroit? Leverage magnifies gains and magnifies losses. It increases risk. If the housing market tanks or rental prices drop too far below mortgage payments + upkeep then you're fucked. The more you did this, the more you're fucked.
