Ask HN: How do I plan out my user acquisition strategy?

So, I'm in highschool and three months ago, I was preparing for the second round of Google Code Jam when I had the idea for https://domecode.com/, it's a platform that allows users to learn concepts, practice, discuss and more without having to leave the platform. I did end up building it with quite some effort but the caveat is that I don't have a really good user acquisition strategy yet, how do I plan out one? And what are some already existing good user acquisition strategies?
