A court found that the ARD/ZDF are a commercial enterprise, so their incasso tactics are not lawful. Bringing up "Nazi slang", which was clearly using a term in a negative way (which is quite customary in Germany if you want to point out an exaggerated parallel) is dishonest. The term was used in an anti-Nazi manner, but I suspect you are aware of that and just tried to discredit the post.
