That sounds horrible, and I can relate. Shopify store owners who are bad customers can also hold you hostage by posting a 1 star review (unless you meet their demands). Like you highlighted, it's even worse on mobile app stores as it's easy for them to get their friends to leave bad ratings. Great that you survived and grew out stronger from the experience :)
