I don't quite follow. Are you suggesting Apple is not pursuing legal action against this company?
Or that they are using the fact that they are being sued to raise their own profile? The second is clear, but it's probably their best play - when life gives you lemons and all that. I don't see what that has to do with threatening emails though.

I suppose in this case, the relevant text from Apple challenging the trademark is what you would expect to see. Edit: Okay, I found the dispute by trawling records myself. Appears apple is disputing it: https://ttabvue.uspto.gov/ttabvue/v?pno=91254886&pty=OPP https://ttabvue.uspto.gov/ttabvue/v?pno=91254886&pty=OPP You can follow the links to find various documents from Apple.
- zepto 6y agoIs there actually any evidence that Apple has pursued legal action against them?
- tyingq 6y agoI updated my comment...I found the evidence by searching the US trademark site.
- gundmc 6y agoYes, this is their notice of trademark opposition: https://www.scribd.com/document/471822364/Apple-s-Notice-of-Opposition-v-Super-Healthy-Kids-Inc https://www.scribd.com/document/471822364/Apple-s-Notice-of-...
