Ask HN: Where do you pay for mentoring from experts?

I want to convert an old docker-compose based project into a kubernetes project. I keep starting and stopping with kubernetes and feel like I would benefit from having an expert guide me. I'm willing to pay for this help. I think this is different than finding someone where I hand the job over to them with a strict set of requirements. I want to pay to learn and do with them. Are there any sites that can connect me to these types of experts? Or, should I just go into the right chat room and ask there?
