Sounds like most non urban areas should be discouraged.
- mellosouls 6y agoI don't understand what that means - how do you "discourage" social structures that have built up over hundreds and sometimes thousands of years?
- devdas 6y agoTaxes, zoning, mandating higher density housing, apartments with large shared yards over houses with small individual yards, discouraging private transit ... Encourage urban living, not suburban. You can go entirely rural, or high density urban.
