I've been thinking about this exact problem for a few weeks now. I have gone as far as buying a domain for it (epayfiles.com) and I just started coding. I think I'll continue on with my project I'll just focus on a different payment niche. After doing some quick research I found five or six sites with similar ideas. Most of them focus on selling digital files not links. The link idea sounds novel. The presentation is also very clean. Looks good.
