Comparing the glycemic index of pure lactose and maltose as proxies for dairy milk and oat milk is misleading. There are values for the whole products out there. The comparison still isn't favourable to oat milk, but implying it has a GI of 105 is absurd.
Characterizing GI as a scale of how bad a food is for you is also kinda simplistic.
