Adam Levine mentioned this a few days ago in his column, when reporting on the Big Tech deposition. Bezos basically keeps expanding the definition of 'market' until he basically says Amazon can't be a monopoly since 99% of all sales in America don't go through Amazon, at which point there can never be a monopoly!
