Anyone else feel like RIM is grasping at straws here? As an ex-blackberry user I feel like the more that RIM tries to fit in with the "cool kids" the worse their products get quality-wise. That, coupled with the fact that using corporate email on one of their devices is so much more difficult than using an iPhone or Android with activesync, is going to be what kills RIM. Unfortunately it seems like they're either oblivious, or that they're too arrogant to care.
