- jdkfkror 6y agoYou are making my point. If someone puts racist content on the net and a black customer complains, it's fine for the ISP to block them.
- Fjolsvith 6y agoYour example only works if the offensive content was sent unsolicited. If the person offended sought out the content I do not think the content should be banned (assuming the content was legal speech).
