Don't. There's nothing they can do about it. The CCP will disappear them if they try. Don't put them at risk by even talking to them about it. This is a problem to be handled at the diplomatic level between govts, by govts concerned about human rights abuses using various forms economic and diplomatic leverage and pressure to effect change. You can pressure your own govt to do that if want.
