Pyodide (https://pyodide.readthedocs.io/en/latest/using_pyodide_from_javascript.html https://pyodide.readthedocs.io/en/latest/using_pyodide_from_...) gives you a mostly-full Python interpreter in WebAssembly (there are still some issues around sockets). You can import and work with Numpy and Pandas in the browser using it.
