>Would you go if the restaurant was open right now?
Absolutely, I never stop went to the restaurant that are still open.
> If so, why?
The same reason on why most people go to restaurant: To enjoy the food and the service.
>but can you be 100% positive the stranger next to you doesn't?
Of course not, so ?
>Why would you risk sitting in a restaurant?
Everything in life has some risk.
Why would I do anything at all ? because the benefit > risk.
>but you can do the same with curbside pickup
Its not the same.
>do you feel it's a hoax?
No, the virus is real but the risk is low.
- fredophile 6y ago> No, the virus is real but the risk is low. What do you mean by "the risk is low"? Do you mean "COVID doesn't kill a large portion of the people that get it"? "There are no long term consequences to a COVID infection"? "I personally don't have any of the factors that would put me at higher risk of death"?
- matz1 6y ago>What do you mean by "the risk is low"? Covid may spread very easily but for majority of people its either asymptotic, means they never get sick or they only have mild symptom. As far as long term consequences, of course, covid like any other diseases in existence can have long term consequences for some people. >I personally don't have any of the factors that would put me at higher risk of death"? There is always some risk with anything if you keep looking , at some point people has to accept the risk. You think Lockdown doesn't have risk ? it cause damage and people suffering too. At this point the damage is way more than the covid itself.
