Interesting idea. However, If TippingPoint will pay me for my vuln, why would I want to use you as an another place to "secretly" disclose my vuln?
In addition, as someone who manages vulnerability disclosures for a Fortune 500, I would have a hard time getting the SSL private key for my company.
