It took months of calling to get someone to cancel. Even then I still got my credit card charged. I had to cancel my card. There is no law in US that companies

It took months of calling to get someone to cancel. Even then I still got my credit card charged. I had to cancel my card. There is no law in US that companies need to have online cancellation if they have online signup. NY Times loves to abuse this.
