- toomuchtodo 6y agoYes and yes, but legal action takes time and the FDA wants to prevent adverse events rapidly. Expect legal action to follow in the future.
- vikramkr 6y agoThey mention that they are adding them to import alert in order to stop them from being legally imported into the US
