- justinzollars 6y agoDisagree. I think it is a discount. From my understanding the business was not for sale until this executive order.
- eli 6y agoIt’d be the height of the market if they weren’t forced to sell too, they’d just also be in a much stronger bargaining position.
- DabbyDabberson 6y agoI feel like sentiment was similar for when FB bought IG for $1B. Today, we would all agree that was vastly under priced.

- DuskStar 6y agoWell, sure. But similarly, most people today would agree that Tumblr was not worth nearly 1.1 billion when Yahoo bought it. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.
- ideals 6y agoThis is what a monopsony is, is it good to enable that through government involvement?
- jdatsun34 6y agoTiktok needs to be hooked up to PRISM and all the other NSA programs immediately. I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft or whoever buys it is compensated with a piece of US intelligence's bottomless pit of money.
