YES YES YES. I've had an Advantage as my daily driver for 14 years. I've only ever had to replace the rest pads. It's a fantastic and VERY VERY comfortable keyboard, but you do have a little bit of a learning curve due to the unusual layout. It's also wired and has no backlight, but simple is sometimes better.
