I'm pretty good at JavaScript ecosystem, like Webpack and all other staff. But for me, to setup some full-sized project is still pretty daunting, and boilerplates and scaffolds are pretty messy and brittle. When I'm setting up side projects, I would still use Basic Node.js + Parcel + Heroku as a starting point. It would only take minutes at most.
