Actually if you think differently it’s better. This is like diverse team skills. If you are the same what difference does you bring to the team?
- snoman 6y agoIt's not as straightforward as 'thinking differently'. Diversity of knowledge, experience, and skill is extraordinarily valuable but if you... * hoard knowledge * refuse to elevate those around you * are frequently combative * lie about your knowledge/experience * seek to be right instead of discover optimal solutions ... then all of that diversity is lost or wasted. It's not about diversity for diversity's sake, it's about sharing in diversity and using all of the differing perspectives to reach optimal solutions that your organization would be blind to otherwise.
