If only there was a way to turn money into more housing on top of the same area.
- coldtea 6y agoAfter a while there's not. You need some urban planning, not just random accumulation of new housing...

- Robotbeat 6y agoIt is amusing that folks kind of ignore the possibility of multiple storeys (and increasing supply of housing generally).
- ac29 6y agoSure, in theory you can eminent domain a neighborhood of low density housing and replace it with higher density housing. In practice though, its politically impossible most places.
