US infrastructure is lagging behind any fist world countries. Let small businesses innovate and you'll find so many people not depend and simply waiting. Instead you have light drugs allowed from one side, heavy opioid epidemic from second and approaching universal income from another and country still rulling by big business interested not to innovate but keep rates expensive.
