One thing of interest, I was very recently contacted by USPS, did a user interview with them and was subsequently put in touch with an account representative. That feels like a positive change. On the other hand, our packages (all sent via Priority Mail which is supposed to be 2-3 business days though has changed to 2-4 business days) have been getting delayed recently and in some cases taking as long as 14 days.
