- schoen 6y agoThere is an application process where you have to ask OpenAI to give you access. - _red 6y agoNo. Although the name is "OpenAI" there is very very very little open about it.
- knocte 6y agoExactly. They opensourced GPT-2, but GPT-3 will not be opensourced even after GPT-4 is released, apparently.
