Pompeo certainly was hinting the same in speaking of rioters in the US, and his office slyly even seems to suggest that was the reason behind closing the Houston consulate.
- chrisco255 6y agoThe Chinese consulate in Houston is quite literally a foreign entity. I'm not sure that applies. We also spent 3 years propping up a conspiracy theory that Trump was a Russian agent or in cahoots with the Russians. It's too bad we'll never get all that time and energy wasted on such things back.
