Are there any other industries/ cases where the manufacturer is liable for damage due to misuse by the consumer? It seems something like this is weak to begin with.
- hajile 6y agoPeople have been filmed running over other people congregating in the street. Can those other people sue the car manufacturer? Working as intended, but still sued was quite the bizarre position to be supported by a judge.
