While I generally agree with you, you also make an assumption he has a yard.
- dx87 6y agoIf he says he has a house, it's safe to assume he has some sort of outdoor private property, even if it's just the steps leading to his front door. The only people I've ever met that don't have any outdoor area lived in apartments or condos.
- Cerium 6y agoUnless it is a Spanish style courtyard house in which case the yard may be entirely contained in the house.
