Maybe there are too many managers, that should be elsewhere. Because management is money and glory and this attracts wrong kind of people. And then all the adventures and problems with management start. Engineers, on other hand, with technical experience and some charisma are hard to find. These are doing well as solo entrepreneurs.
- pjmlp 6y agoNot every country way of doing things is that rewarding for solo entrepreneurs and if one doesn't want to be dragged into management they need to be willing to fight against it at every opportunity, because on most companies it is not natural not wanting to be promoted.
