- throw0101a 6y agoShowering with just water is fine. Excessive use of soaps—not to be confused with cleansers—is where problems can arise. As is the use of deodorants and antiperspirants.
- monktastic1 6y agoThe article does not say that we should not shower. Water (especially warm water) by itself does a lot. Also, he is not a "doctor"; he is a doctor.
