Ask HN: What are your teams doing to maintain trust/rapport during Covid?

As more teams are working from home to stay safe during COVID, and more companies starting to support remote work, I think now is a great time to open a thread for ideas on what creative ways teams are maintaining trust/rapport while being disconnected. One of the main downsides to working remotely, for many, is that it's hard to establish and maintain close connections with your coworkers, which can have long-lasting impacts on trust and rapport. I figure the HN folks would have some of the best ideas to share, so I thought I'd open a thread. I'm sure ideas range from organized games, meeting on various "fun" topics, etc. Would love to hear your ideas!
