- lsinger 6y agoIt will probably be in ~20 years. :) "Owning" it makes a difference in so far as that I can now be absolutely certain that no issue will be handled by the landlord because there isn't one. Definitely increases my perceived agency. The kids are 6 and 9. I think they just feel more comfortable in the more compact living space.
