- hedora 6y ago8.3M is the top 2-3% of the population. It’s a very diverse group of people. I imagine many would chip in 10-100K if it meant crashing global CO2 emissions. Also, on its own, the money it would save in flood or fire insurance would make it a rational investment for a big chunk of them.
