It’s really hard for people to follow these unless there is some strong enforcement like seatbelts.
Another issue here: wearing mask 99.99% of the time in public but venting it while sneezing/coughing defeats the entire purpose and I think this is the only thing that really matters. I’ve seen a few people do this in public.
