Totally it's the same pattern over and over again we don't want to pay technical talent that can actually do stuff, and won't or can't train the people that are willing to work cheap.
- danmg 6y agoStep 4, in the US at least, is to lobby for more H1B bodies. While they may or may not have the skills that are actually needed, the H1B system makes feudal servants bound to the corporation.
