Yeah, that’s not a bad idea and it’s why I’m such a fanboy of interviewing.io and that whole platform. I don’t think it’s that hard to come up with new interview questions and screen through an anonymous platform. I just think there’s not enough pressure on these companies to rework how they do interviews, since nobody believes that they’d actually get higher quality candidates.
