Garmin outage caused by confirmed WastedLocker ransomware attack
- wrycoder 6y agoBleepingComputer was told that the Garmin IT department had tried to remotely shut down all computers on the network as devices were being encrypted, including home computers connected via VPN. After being unable to do so, employees were told to shut down any computer on the network that they had access to. Even their mail servers are bouncing.
