My solution is somehow a system is put in place where when providing overwhelming evidence, a company can avoid a lawsuit that could easily cost 10s of thousands of dollars, and at the very least, five thousand (if they have to show up at all, that is very much not free). It's a hard problem to solve, that's why people talk about it so much.
