As an American, a significant influx of Americans into a country that offers cheap/free health care would significantly burden your health care systems. Americans eat bad diets, don't do great at exercising, and we rarely visit the doctor until our medical conditions are already critical (on average). That said, there might be good opportunities for other OECD countries to take advantage of healthy and educated Americans who are fed up with our inability to affect political change for the better.
