Who says that meritocracy aims to eliminate inequality?
- kikokikokiko 6y agoExactly. By definition, if you reward competence and hard work, and punish incompetence and lazyness, you will obviously generate different outcomes for the individuals involved, and that is FAIR and efficient. The opponents of a meritocratic society are just gasping at straws.
