Should it matter if the majority supports something if it violates the human rights of others?
- runarberg 6y agoYes, it should! But none of the policies I mentioned previously does that.
- disposekinetics 6y agoSocialized medicine like all mandatory social programs violates my freedom of association.
- colejohnson66 6y agoIt doesn’t. In other countries with socialized healthcare, if you want to use your own expensive doctor, you’re not prevented from doing so.
- disposekinetics 6y agoSo I can not pay for it if I don't use it? Donation is a form of association.
- runarberg 6y agoWhat? How is that any different from any programs funded with taxation money? Am I automatically in the Army because my tax-dollars help fund the military? Am I in the AAA because my tax-dollars help pay for roads? Your claim is ridiculous
- missedthecue 6y agoIf he doesn't want to use it can he stop paying for it?
