Is Trump’s plan to bring merit-based immigration going to affect country-based quotas?
- digianarchist 6y agoThe RAISE act doesn’t touch country quotas for employment based Green Cards. In fact on my reading it implements a cap for spouses and children for family based immigration.

- digianarchist 6y agoNobody knows what this is but it’s likely RAISE plus some amendment for DACA. It has to go through Congress though so take it with a pinch of salt.
