- ipnon 6y agoMarkets in everything: Your salary is the balance between the leverage you have over the company and the leverage the company has over you. If they can get rid of you and hire someone remotely for half the price they will. If you want to stay in an expensive city while working remotely and the company can't do without you, they won't.
